Exploring the World

Videos are uploaded to YouTube.

Over the years, I have had the good fortune to travel to many locations on the globe.  Often for study and archaeological research, but also just for the plain exhilaration of exploration and the quest for knowledge and understanding.

Friends and family have often requested that I share my photo documentation of these adventures.  With the spare time provided by the isolation of Covid, I began to fill that request.

Videos are on the Rough Footage Channel on YouTube.  Most are videos with photos set to the background of some nice music.  There are certain adventures that will never be placed there due to some exploration in forbidden areas (and I would look horrible in stripes or bright orange), but I think the content that I can share will be satisfying.

These include some truly "Rough Footage" that were just quick shots at locations around the globe

(never really intended to be used except for my own reference of details within a site area).

But those "rough footage" shots gave the name to this endeavor.

As time goes by, I will include some of my stories from explorations over the years and other content that I couldn't even tell you right now what it will be.

I hope you take a look at the YouTube site and will enjoy it, and then stay with me as this develops.

Thanks!
